Commit updates main help of 'lib/ipmi_sdr.c'. Changes:
* LOG_ERR -> LOG_NOTICE
* add error messages, eg. Invalid command, Not enough parameters etc.
* handle 'sdr fill INV_PARAM'
* return codes on error
* general fixes and changes of SDR help output
